About this course

Excel is one of the most important programs used by the departments and financial departments, human resources, production, procurement, sales, marketing and IT management. Excel enables you to use many features that facilitate your daily work, and arrange financial and administrative matters better and easier to reach.

This course is designed to reinforce the information acquired by trainees at the beginning level of the Excel program, and is a stepping stone towards the advanced skills of the program. The trainee will be able to increase his proficiency in the mechanisms of building solutions using equations and developing simple reports on data. Through the use of examples and data of actual companies to be supported by the application skills of the daily work of the trainee.

Where Excel is used in the sections as follows:

Departments: Through the Excel program, the Department can read and analyze the results, study the mechanisms of business development and identify the key performance indicators (KPI’s).

Human Resources Department: through Excel management and analysis of the company’s performance, and study the development mechanisms for employees to reach the best possible performance within the work of employees.

Sales: One of the most important programs that must be mastered by the marketing officer Excel program, to enable him to analyze the labor market and determine the market requirements and study business objectives to reach the best results. And increase the number of customers based on thoughtful plans.

Marketing: Excel is used in the analysis of sales of previous years and study the mechanisms of determining the marketing objectives for the coming years, where marketing staff can view analyzes associated with data in several forms such as: graphs and the results of reports associated with sales.

IT department: The department is able to identify key performance indicators (KPI’s), such as information security risk management by studying and analyzing the daily events within the department, which enables it to determine the department’s future plans and budget.

Financial Departments: Departments of financial departments are able to determine the financial position of the company, study the financial plans for the coming years and determine ways to manage expenses and increase profits.

All courses are delivered at no cost to the learner.

Second, QRF envisions the use of the platform to showcase Arab role models by broadcasting short online courses by practitioners and professionals from a variety of fields spanning the arts and sciences.

Finally, QRF believes that the platform will enable the Arab world to take advantage of the international interest in regional affairs to tell its own story to the world. Arab university professors and regional experts can use the platform to give courses in English about the region and its history. This will serve to inform a global audience that is interested in the region’s development.
