How to do a financial feasibility study for a business

Studying the financial feasibility of your own project.
As a project owner, whatever your educational background or work experience, you need to gain and understand some of the key financial concepts in order to successfully manage your project. In this course, you will convert your business plan into a financial model by using the Excel program. The course will allow you to you to determine if your project is profitable and financially feasible.
In this course, you will build your project hypotheses, forecast sales and expenses, forecast working capital and the size of capital investment, and determine the financial feasibility of the project using the net present value method and the internal rate of return method.

Through its partnership with edX, the platform will also give Arab learners access in Arabic to courses taught and developed at top tier institutions like HarvardX, MITX, and UC BerkelyX. All courses are delivered at no cost to the learner.
Second, QRF envisions the use of the platform to showcase Arab role models by broadcasting short online courses by practitioners and professionals from a variety of fields spanning the arts and sciences.
Finally, QRF believes that the platform will enable the Arab world to take advantage of the international interest in regional affairs to tell its own story to the world. Arab university professors and regional experts can use the platform to give courses in English about the region and its history. This will serve to inform a global audience that is interested in the region’s development.

Odeh Habash
Mr. Habash has over 20 years of experience in financial consulting, training and investments. He brings with him extensive leadership and management skills and a rich exposure in the financial markets. He is also recognized for his hands-on experience in achieving results and transforming companies. Mr. Habash holds an MBA in Finance and a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Jordan. He passed CFA charterholder and CAIA charterholder requirements. He is also a Certified Empretec Trainer. He was a chairman and a board member of a number of publically listed and privately owned companies. Prior to establishing his two companies, LMI Jordan and Mosaic Financial Advisory, he was Deputy CEO and Head of Asset Management at Amwal Invest. Before that, he was a Portfolio Manager in the MENA Asset Management Division at Global Investment House. He was responsible for managing several regional funds and discretionary portfolios.
